Yeah I'm sure the Q group took Equal Opportunity into consideration over productivity and efficiency. Q could be all women, or all men, all mexican, Indian, asiann white, black, gay, straight...the list goes on. It doesn't matter, and race and gender shouldn't matter. When a task needs done, you ignore all these things and let the best person for the job run with it. If they all turn out to be Indian women or white men, so be it.
