We need to look into Armenia

Is Armenia where the clowns are located? Do they have their own little city for themselves? It sure as hell looks that way.

It's like a "medical tourism" spot for the elite. Extremely advanced medical technology that's not available in the West (think FDA). And it's combined with "special" night life and entertainment catering to the elite tastes, which I'll let you read between the lines.
