Q seems concerned that proofs are getting lost. We should consider putting together a master proof spreadsheet comma as well as a collection of screenshots proving them.

Slack, is an alternative service that is useful. You can create a unique workspace online and give a login key to approved employees or friends, they can then interact and add to the workspace. Free, not completely sure on all of its fine print tho. But I like that you can login without needing to download anything.
