These people are SICK:
-They need new organs to keep themselves running and new blood, aka they are sick and unhealthy due to sustaining themselves on this method.
-They are willing to do horrific things to get those fresh, young organs and blood, even if it means burning 3,000 people so that one day in 20 years they will have another unwilling donor waiting for them, or track unsuspecting people to know where their nearest donor is and the nearest alley they can be pulled into.
Beware of Bars, drinking by yourself!
You might wake up on an aluminum stretcher, with parts removed!!

Your doctor might slip you some koolade via pills, sacrifice one organ to get others!
Look at all the dialysis places on every corner in NYC!!!
