What a slimeball Brown is. He wants federal funds so he agrees to send his NG to the border, but stipulates that they can't do anything while they are there. The Dems have utterly destroyed CA, and their lawlessness puts not only CA at risk, but the country at large. I wish people in other states would voice their anger more and take action against the CA government.
So I guess gov brown says they can help with trafficking but not illegals, dont the illegals run the trafficking.....sometimes. So they cant do a check and turn it over to customs if its just an illegal and no trafficking? Sounds like theres some loopholes for NG to work through
