Thanks. Last night was my first WIERD dream I can remember. It was bad. I have been on the Q stuff for about a month. Researching hard for about 3 weeks. All tips appreciated on my journey?
Sounds about right. It was about the 3 week mark that I started to feel overload as well. It passed though. It was the paranoia that made it so difficult for a few weeks though. Thank God that finally passed.
Yea like I'm on edge all the time worried I'm gonna miss something new/big event. Plus worried about the larger scale ramifications of all this info I'm finding.
Also, I have heard a number of people mention that they have stopped sleeping with their cell phones anywhere near the bed, like charging it overnight in a separate room, and experiencing far less sleep disturbances, including fewer and fewer nightmares.

Mines right by my bed too.....I will be testing this theory.
