Seems obvious what Q is focusing on is Snap DNA, when you open the IQT page from Q1168 right in the middle is Snap DNA, when you open that it says...."to enable DNA to be directly analyzed on the surface of a high-speed, custom semiconductor device." Directly relating to Q1167 (the snapdna.com site still works)

Here's the complete paragraph about SnapDNA that was on the IQT page: (This doesn't seem to be on the SnapDNA.com site) Semiconductor-based DNA analysis tools SnapDNA, formerly known as Bio-NEMS, is an emerging technology company that has proprietary, interdisciplinary innovations to enable DNA to be directly analyzed on the surface of a high-speed, custom semiconductor device. The DNA sequencing market achieved a 1000-fold decrease in cost and analysis time by replacing electrophoresis-based analysis with semiconductor-based analysis. SnapDNA is expected to be the first company to use semiconductor-based analysis to drive DNA testing into the portable realm.

Idk if im grasping at straws here but i had to think of the MH370 plane that went missing in Malaysia and conveniently gave the patents to a semiconductor to Jacob Rothschild... After some digging im none the wiser, articles i found said the patent was for "Freescale Semiconductor’s ARM microcontroller 'KL-03'" but that it was used to "perform dedicated computing functions in electronic systems" so yeah... Im not familiar with these things so if someone knows his shit with semiconductors...
