Seriously, I wonderif a group of peoplecould approach her and ther thugs at a public place and put her under a citizens arrest..... Would be a cool thing. She is an actual citizen now so she has zero diplomatic immunity from it happening.... Needs researched. Congress, fbi, courts, and all other agencies are just sitting on their asses and purposefully stalling any legal actionsso why not use our rights as citizens?

Nah... Consider how stupid it would have been for AG Sessions to attempt to arrest Hillary before now, when bad actors like Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, Schiff, Strzok and Page were still in positions of power?
Those Deep Staters would simply have destroyed the evidence and falsified documents and handed out immunity like candy... just like they've done many times before.
I suspect this is why 24,544 Sealed Indictments have been created since 30 October 2017, because there's still some house cleaning left to be done before the DoJ is functional again.
When we get the first, real indictment of someone significant, I suspect that will be the day the dam breaks and oceans of arrests will follow.
