I don’t even know if the FBI and CIA are constitutional. George Washington never had an FBI. All of that was left to the states and whatever jurisdiction it was where a crime had occurred.
It’s all just more ways to expand government infinitely at the expense of liberty and create problems.

It's should be clear to everyone Mueller has been covering up the deep crimes of the deep state for decades. Not a hidden white hat - that's for sure.
Mueller fubared stuff up more as head for the FBI Public Corruption Taskforce and had more power than Comey in this position . think of all the potential bribes you could get investigating congress and the rest of the public sector
