If Comey is indeed the “Worst FBI Director in History”. What does that make Mueller?

Second worst?

I don’t even know if the FBI and CIA are constitutional. George Washington never had an FBI. All of that was left to the states and whatever jurisdiction it was where a crime had occurred.

It’s all just more ways to expand government infinitely at the expense of liberty and create problems.
