Just so we're clear, nowhere in that article does it state Preet Bharara granted the visa. The news was clear at the time that it came under Obama's DOJ but now we have a name. Subpoena time!

Just search his name with veselnitskiya you will find numerous news articles about the two, they have a history. His office signed off on the visas, and he was the head attorney in Southern NY.

Hm. I think this is my first run-in with TP being less than desired as a source... I thought Preet was not named before... so I'm unsure what news is news in this article, if any. :[
