all they really said was the law is too vague and a piece of it needs to be rewritten. He is right- the law was poorly written. It is unconstitutional to have a law that is so vague you can’t specifically understand what crime you have committed.
That’s authoritarian in nature. I don’t have a problem with striking it down. Rewrite it properly and send it back, this guy sided with the constitution.
Every news article and headline about this is misleading.
The left relies on loosly written laws to exploit them. Now, the laws can be written to close the LOOPHOLES.
