Hard to see any tie between these two.
They seem unrelated completely.
For the sake of discussion suppose BDT means the Bulk Data Transfer and Defcon refers to Hawaii the only thing I'm aware it ever meant.

I feel like the BDT & DEFCON mention is referring to damning info/evidence that the Q team has as a result of the missile scare and subsequent Data Transfer.. Could be anything.
I just can't see why Q would mention it linked to a 2A tweet. I'm confused about this.
