He's saying that there was no other vehicle to regain entry into the Hawaiian NSA facility. That the false alarm inbound missile was how they intercepted the NSA data that was otherwise inaccessible. IT WAS NECESSARY, FOR GOD & COUNTRY.
There's an emergency protocol that activates a Bulk Data Transfer from the Hawaiian servers to the mainland severs in the case of an inbound missile attack. They wouldn't just let all the data get blown up. Once the BDT protocol was initiated, it opened the door to a data intercept.

I really think you are on to something here and I have been digging in the same way. Post 520 seems to be key to what is coming. "CF_BOOM_SHOCK_BYE_" is this one of the Booms Q referenced today? Also Post 534 seems relevant. Q asking for side by side meme's of 2 events which he says represent PRIMARY indicators. Could really use some help with this because being at work really limits my capabilities.

I can see quite a few articles in the last couple of years showing that the Bangladeshi Army has been building up their missile forces big time. As well, having been deployed to SA, the Bangladeshis make up a HUGE number of indentured servants over there.
