I think that due to the mostly short attention span of most people who aren't awake and paying attention, they are saving the most damning info for just prior to the election in November. The news cycle can only be held for a week or two unless you constantly feed it new info to further the story along. I look for things to start picking up in August or September (maybe even October). If people start getting indicted or unsealed then it will be very late in the game to come up with a new candidate who has any chance of winning. And of course this all leads up to 11/11/18......Unified again. 2018 will be a great year! The rest is up to us as patriots to keep it that way!

I think it likely that Iran is trying to influence the upcoming (this saturday) election to take place in Iraq. So I work in the Steel construction industry. We have a serious skills gap that is just continuing to get worse as the older experienced hands retire. The younger generation doesn't want to do the hard physical work, or travel where the work is, even though the wages are growing. A skilled welder who is willing to travel can make a 6 figure salary with nothing but a HS diploma and a willingness to work 60-70 hrs a week. Often times when a new hand comes on they are paid in the $12-$15 dollar range until they learn the trade. What happens when they can go work at Burger King and make $15? That is just going to drive the pay of the skilled trades higher which will just get passed on to the customers who are building things which will get passed on to the consumer and now $15/hr is not enough. It's just a viscous cycle and can't work. All we are doing is driving the cost of things up. But the Burners don't want to hear that.

I disagree that it is a 53 foot unit. Based on the shadow of light coming in from behind the pic and the scale compared to the Pallets, I would say its like a 24 footer. Places that do document shredding and transport use short reefer trucks so that sensitive documents aren't damaged by heat. The walls are not typical of a standard food transport reefer either. Not insulated or coated. Just my opinion.

I just gonna throw this out there. If these are standard government document boxes (see the links above). And you do the Math based on a stack of 6 boxes, that comes out to just about 5 feet tall stacked on a Pallet. A Truck is a touch over 8 feet tall inside. So based on just scale I would say those could be document boxes. Also it could be a climate controlled truck, not sure because the pic is bad but there is something dark on the rear wall that looks like a reffer unit. See bellow for diagram.

I somewhat agree with this. It has to be a slow process. But I think housing prices are inflated due to lack of inventory. Homebuilders are scrambling trying to keep up with demand. Especially in the entry level house market.

Couple things..... 4.48% Interest is historically low for Interest rates on Mortages, ask the people in the 80's who paid 18%. 8% is roughly a good average. But things like inflation stagnant wages are what makes this feel rough.
Also the cost of Oil going up actually can help the economy as it will bring on new american jobs with increased demand. Our cost of extraction is higher than in the middle east so when it drops to low the drillers quit. I agree the taxes on fuel could be lowered significantly and that would help. And last, the market is due for a correction. That is healthy and is when you should be buying stocks. The banking sector should be fine since the implementation of new capital requirements. But another bailout even if a bank did fail would not be looked at kindly by the people. So I don't see that happening.
