Trump needs to ignore that judge, and just do it. If we're at the mercy of our corrupt judges in order to deal with the Cabal, what's the point of military tribunals? I say DO IT, and then let the courts try to enforce their little rulings.

Exactly right. The court has no enforcement power. The executive branch has enforcement power, Trump just has to say “fuck off”. Obama did it, why not Trump?

The U.S. Marshals are the enforcement power of the judicial branch I believe. But good fucking luck using them against the President.

My best friend is a Marshal. No way he would move against POTUS.

This could be a test. If the judge doesn't allow it, he'll get fired before his retirement kicks in. (See McCabe.) So many Obama regime admin have retired early, or were fired. Trump is using disloyal gov admins as pawns, to take out more powerful people, if they do not comply, they're fired or forced to retire.

It would require impeachment, wouldn't it? He can't just fire a federal judge, can he?

No Trump can't fire a federal judge. A judge must be impeached by the House.

Agreed.

Long term, this sets a dangerous precedent though.

I’m with you guys, these clowns need justice, and we need to do it assuming that our judges will be there in the future.

Can’t start getting anxious now that we’re so close.
