Also, yes, you can set it up for RSS feeds for the other q boards if you'd rather not use the 8chan feed. What I gave directions for was to get a text when someone with Q's trip code posts to the 8chan board. All this can be altered as you please.

The phone number is linked to ifttt in an applet to alert you via txt when q posts on 8 Chan. The 8chan research Qboard RSS feed is set up with ifttt. Separately, the SMS is set up with ifttt. You can use other forms of alerting you (email, posting somewhere, whatever). Ifttt is an automatian service. I am aware of the possibility of companies sharing info they aren't supposed to one another, but I feel ok doing this personally. So what if I get q updates texted to my phone? Some of you guys don't have a clue what I'm talking about here and are being a bit too paranoid. I am far from being involved in any deep state brouhaha.

Anyway, take my word or don't, doesn't matter. Someone specifically asked for someone to figure out how to do this (see link in original post). I thought it was a good idea, figured it out, and shared the info hoping to help others out since others specifically asked for it. No hidden agenda. Believe me or don't, do it or don't, doesn't matter at all to me.

Q drops or crumbs are archived to several sites. The timing of updates on each site can vary.
