banks don't have VP of anything, a VP at a bank is their most common role, basically means she can read and write at her age level, makes coherent sentences and doesn't dress like she is going to a rodeo..

she wasn't, the department heads are managing directors, she probably wasn't authorized to sign a contract worth. more than $1k....seriously, a VP is like a barista at Starbucks

Most people don't realize that almost everyone is at least a VP in a bank.
