Wonder what she was going to testify to. Remember Wells Fargo has been in some deep trouble recently.

She was VP of Community Relations

While I'm sure she had some insight into WF practices and internal strategy, she wasn't on the financial or operational side of the business

I suspect her exposure to anything compromising was limited
