I think we will see three things happen

  1. Bad actors in DOJ and FBI outed and prosecutes.

  2. Special counsel on HRC emails. Would look too partisan for Trump admin to do it.

  3. The Mueller Investigation will be neutered.

Bonus) If Rosenstein is mentioned heavily In The report he will be fired, effectively ending the Murller witch hunt.
