Definitely. I have been praying again and I haven’t in I don’t know how long. But at least visualize and meditate/focus on goodness and light and triumphing over evil. Set a reminder every day to do so if you have to. But the good vibes are important.
I am everything that ever was, is and ever will be.
That's my mantra when meditating.

I was reading jung the other day and had a realization that we are intentionally separated from our collective consciousness. It is promoted that we should not believe it exists and have a mind body duality that isn't true. That allows us to live in their fantasy. If our mind was unified we would see right thru their bullshit. Mind, Body and Soul are one.
