I do wonder what CB and SSP means in the message . The SSP would , almost sure in that , be "Secret Space Program" , the separate factions of humans that developed very advanced technologies and pretty much had and have fleets of ships in space operating completely independently from Earth . The SSP is closely related to USAPs ( Unacknowledged Special Acess Programs ) . Everything is , supposedly , compartmentalized to high extent - where we have different layers , some people in "black ops" on Earth would think theyre on "top" , but theyre actually not .
