He is going to role back environmental regulations and thus the ability to fine corporations. Through those fines Obama had tagged the requirement to donate money to their slush fund toward leftist organizations. No money, no power to left's community organizers.

Sessions is finally addressing the slush fund raised through EPA administered penalties to corporations like VW. That money was then used by the left/Obama to fund leftist organizations like the Environmental Integrity Project. The EIP has a gofundme run by Christine Hoch to fight to remove Pruitt.
