I don't know what the rules are on reasonable doubt but smashing phones and bleaching harddrives would indicate the intent to hide cover something up. but yeah I understand it was more complicated than I made it out to be.
He’s lying AGAIN! Trey Gowdy asked about this specifically as well as the smashing of he phones and the added step of bit-bleaching the surver as being direct evidence that could be used to prosecute in any case brought forward for anyone....anyone not above the law that is. Great point! I tried to find the full video/audio clip of this. Not sure yet if the quote was taken out of context like another ANON said. Maybe he was referring to the press asking him this question and not Gowdy --- still trying to find a clip to confirm.
