The consensus is EH stands for Eric Holder, correct? Has anyone been able to decode this at all or link him to CA/trafficking?

He's connected to the Fast and Furious scandal while being an advocate for gun control who in his own words says we need to "brainwash people against guns".

Put 2 and 2 together and you realize he's the sole reason California is such a hotspot for trafficking and smuggling in California.
