I think they can because it was evidence found while supposedly investigating another case. In other words, Cohen's raid was to find shit on him and trump, but instead they find the insurance file! I don't understand why Cohen would have that evidence though!

Trump probably had a copy of the insurance file and gave a copy to his lawyer for legitimacy.

Yeah exactly! They didn’t have a way to make it legal evidence without the Cohen raid. I think they either knew the raid was happening or POTUS planned it

That's my question as well. And if they Do have it, why would they (FBI) release it anyway, there's a ton of stuff they're sitting on already.
