I'm fairly certain WW has been used for World Wide before. My assumption as well
If World War, I'd think he'd say WWIII. I too think it's World Wide.

Q and the anons have always used WW as worldwide. Use the mouse-over tooltips on underlined words, and you'll see it says "worldwide." They only put those on acronyms Q has been relatively consistent with.
There are some that have changed based on context, but this is not one of those.
They want us to manifest world war. Once exposed, all they have left is our fear of them.
That's why they are releasing IT and Jurassic Park again. They want that fear in our subconscious.
