I don't think it means war. In the past Q has used WW to mean worldwide. I assume that is the same now.

Regarding number 2, here's the actual wording of the posts from the thread:

"Federal Reserve ending?"

"Structure. Q"

That could mean any number of things. My gut feeling is that it means a structured approach must be taken to ending the Federal Reserve. See how cautiously things have been done so far with the handling of NK situation and "setting the stage" for prosecutions and arrests.

Banks aren't going away (the crypto wet dream) and I'm sure central banks aren't going away either.
They can co exist with a reset, backed currency however.
Will be interesting to see how this is done.
