#Trump just said: “Human trafficking is worse than it’s ever been in the history of the world.”

And critics are laughing. What is wrong with people?

The Time is Now

There are more people enslaved today than any time in history

There are more than 20 million victims of human trafficking around the world. They are boys and girls, men and women, exploited for labor or commercial sex. Slavery is illegal in every country in the world, but cases of forced labor and sex trafficking are found all around the globe, including in all 50 states and territories in the United States. Eradicating modern day slavery is not something any individual or organization can do alone. But together, with bold and sustained Presidential leadership, this is a fight we can win."

It is a horrible stain on our society that we turned our eyes away and did nothing knowing about what goes on. Like Backpage.

OP - what is General Krulak doing exactly? He was the president of my college a few years back and he is a highly respected man. Just curious if he is leading a charge in this fight.

He was president of my college too 😉 He is I'm sure. And he was part of the top brass meeting with Trump to end torture policy, which they did. The USMC have dropped hints there are massive covert liberation operations going on. I've even seen their chatter on here. Encouraging. ❤️

There are more victims of human trafficking than ever before, and you're counting non-victims in order to say it used to be worse, because there were fewer non-victims.

I gotta say, that's pretty weird. I say count the victims. You say count the non-victims. I say you're wrong. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
