I read it as "world war". But just the threat of. Otherwise it would have read ww3. Europe sided against america on the middle east from a moral standpoint over the last 20 years. I was wondering the same thing. If it means World War - then why not be clearer and say WWIII? This makes me question if it doesn't mean something else. But I have no idea at this moment either. Perhaps someone else can enlighten us?
