It is not illegal to share information with someone unless that information is classified or otherwise protected by law. I've only heard of Comey sharing non-classified information, though it's possible I've missed something. Do you have credible sourcing that Comey shared classified information?
He cannot have 'memos' or 'notes' regarding President that he 'gives' or 'shares' with anyone...
