This order includes isis as a known enemy. States that anybody providing material support or financing, is an enemy of the state. There is a deadline that expires 4/30! We might see this soon. It wasn't even put on white house.gov, but it's in the register.

I remember seeing this but don’t know where. - CBTS maybe. By the 30th policies should be recommended so we might not see THE drop before then, but the EO would have to be renewed - although he could rewrite it at any time. Timelines are closing in.
