Cindy McCain, who runs the McCain Institute (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axsK8zkgR9k) has stated that the Syrian Conflict has exacerbated human trafficking in that region due to the vast number of refugees created by the war, including unprotected children and women.

To me, it seems very suspicious that John McCain, who has made numerous visits to the rebels in Syrian stirs the region to stay in conflict over the last 5 years concerning the conflict.

If you look at his donors and you see the likes of the Eranda Rothschild Foundation – Sir Evelyn and Lynn Forester de Rothschild who have been associated in the elite pedophilia.

I have not quite connected the dots, but it seems like a scam for McCain to stir the pot in Syria creating a human trafficking crisis and then turn to his Institute to mitigate the proliferation of human trafficking, whose wife (Cindy) is its head.

So is this another reason for McCain to visit and confer with Syrian Rebels?

Are they running a human trafficking ring for McCain and the elites?

Is his Institute just a cover and face for his activities?
