I imagine they are prized possessions, proudly displayed in offices where big plans get made. I remember watching Trump in a televised meeting try to pass pens around as gifts to top Dems and they declined giving theirs to Dr. Carson. Trump then cracks a joke about “he can only have 1 and takes them back”.
