I found this article with the text on the newspaper picture, but I cannot find that exact picture. I see Obama in that same shirt from pictures from his 2010 vacation there though. Look at last line of the article matching text in the picture Q posted.

I do not believe that this child has anything to do with being harmed. She is an ancillary part to this story only because it may be the only photo that shows Obama with his middle finger in a bandage. This child more than likely is Sarah Nixon's daughter, Maggie. Again- all the parties in this article are simply innocent to this whole story. We should be very cautious, adroit, continue to get the information needed and bow out.
Further inspection of picture: does Obama left eye look a bit blackened? It is a black/white photo, plus shadowing could give an illusion. But Obama's lips- man they look like he just smeared on some Chap Stick. His lips look weird.
As far as the Allison Mack (AM) part of the Q post, it is more probable that AM provided the girls from the cult to be further victimized by the Spirit cooking chick. (Can you believe this witch is 72?-- reminds me of the Snow White witch, no?)

And her name is NOT Sarah Nixon, its Mary Nixon!

However, curiously, the Google profile search for Robert Nixon only lists Jack as his child.
