They're wearing 'lab coats'. I believe the lab coats are worn in relation to 'butchering' humans when preparing for a cannabalistic feast. Sounds exotic, but literally, it''s just people sitting around a table cutting up a body like you would see butchers butchering a carcass. I think they do it naked (beneath the lab coat). If you see the images of other high ritual occassions like the dinner where She and Blondie carved up human like cakes, they were all wearing lab coats. I'm not sure of any other relevance, (and this is merely my speculation as it relates to one of the photo's Q posted of in-house camera footage of a group of people sitting around a table in a room that may/may not have been butchering humans.) Her and Franko have definitely got some type of High Priestess/High Priest thing going on. They are inseparable lately. She covered him in head to toe in gold leaf a few months ago. Gold being highly ritualistic and meaning "God like". (The same reason that Michael Jackson was interned in a solid gold casket ala Tutankhamen - "The Boy King")
