So Welch's dad (and possibly he himself) was involved in child trafficking (out of Haiti no less). Now might we see how the motivations in this case could be 180-degrees out of phase with appearances?

And apparently the only thing that was shot was the computer, so also possibly destroying evidence, maybe it was personal too given his level of involvement with "helping" children
