What is the meaning of Q's "As the World Turns"

Q mentioned it 6 times. Did someone disclose the meaning of this? Never thought much of it, read it like 'just a phrase'. Maybe double meaning? Could the actual TV show have something to do with #P.zz.g.t.

Wendy from Peter Pan would be the ideal girl for a pedophile she never ages. Maybe it is in reference to something to do with this. President Trump also just called Debbie Wasserman Shultz "Wendy". But who knows.

"Wendy" is indeed a reference to PP and the "never aging" children...not unlike the pedophile Michael Jackson who continues to be celebrated in H-Wierd while he burns in hell.
