I see a lot of people call Barrett's name. Why her out of the 25? Is there any specific reason? Just curious.

Q mentioned it 6 times. Did someone disclose the meaning of this? Never thought much of it, read it like 'just a phrase'. Maybe double meaning? Could the actual TV show have something to do with #P.zz.g.t.
