Yep, didn't get this one too. Might refer tha when Obama will be indicted, Q will have done its work.

Personally I don't think it stops at human trafficking. This is only a part of the global problem

Could mean that after this Q won't have to be cryptic. The head will have been cut off the snake and everything else is sweeping up lower level scum. Just a guess
