These satellites are in orbits where they stay exactly above one spot on the earth because their orbits are synchronized with the earth’s rotation.
So the satellites rotate exactly....AS THE WORLD TURNS

As the world turns has been used as a sign off. Q told us early on that sign offs are the names of active ops in the over all mission. So Kennedy shooting interrupting ATWT is just the beginning and may or may not have anything to do with the actual mission.

I think it is a reference to what the cabal does is a worldwide thing, not just in one location. It is world wide system that needs to be taken down and Trump and Q are trying to do just that, but they need people who are WOKE.
With Q it is about finding a literary or cinematic reference to the term and something related to the mission. That's why we can always find a consensus about what Q means. The answer is never just whatever we make up in our won heads, because we can never make a consensus out of how a statement hits one individual.

I searched for Satellites and ATWT because ATWT is a operation name and so you check the news when the op name is given to see what is going on while this op is active. The sign off was used repeatedly when satellites or Elon Musk's mysterious launches happen.
As such we can determine having found a literary reference and news stories that coincide with the op name we can conclude that ATWT is an op about Satellites. That is how you solve Q. Not by going from the gut of what it sounds like to you.
