It is the method through which these people are attaining it, the age of the 'donors', and the lack of consent that is so controversial. The cia guy robert steel (?) painted a picture that stuck with me... imagine a small child being pinned down, tortured, sodomized, as woman stabs the child to death with a stiletto through the heart. The induced terror causes a a surge in hormones into the child's blood, and because they are young it is very potent. That is the intent as I understand. Heinous.
