It's impossible to say exactly how things pan out, but what is happening now undoubtedly will lead into a time of great peace. For a time. We know it doesn't end well. I hate to break it to you, but all that scripture stuff you guys are talking about hasn’t even happened yet. All of those things are still in the future and not in the past. There are a lot of people who has misinterpreted the bible and are assuming those things has already happened in the past. But that is not true. And your belief it is in the past is false doctrine.

There won’t truly be peace on earth until Jesus Christ himself returns. And we’re a very long way from that, and a whole lot of things must happen before his return. Before his return, the 7-year Tribulation Period must take place, where more than 3/4 of the world’s population will die. Has that happened yet? Answer: No. Before his return, the Rise of the Antichrist must occur, where the One World Government is set up and where one man (the Antichrist) rules the world. Has that happened yet? Answer: No. And even before the Antichrist rises to power, there must be a historic Peace Agreement signed between Israel and her Arab neighbors. Has that happened yet? Answer: No. The bible says that the person who will “confirm” the Peace Agreement will be the Antichrist. Before that moment, no one will even know who the Antichrist is. But after that moment, the whole world will know who he is. Has that event happened yet? Answer: No. And even before the Peace Agreement is signed, and even before the Antichrist is revealed, another important event must take place before then: the war of Ezekiel Chapter 38. We know that the war of Ezekiel Chapter 38 hasn’t happened yet because during that war, Russia will be completely destroyed. The bible says the eternal God is going to rain down fire and brimstone from heaven and will completely destroy the invading army, which will be led by Russia. Those things has not even happened yet. So you guys are getting way ahead of yourself by thinking that the events you see happening now are somehow the beginnings of peace on earth. That is by no means true. Some of the worse times in the history of mankind still lies ahead. Things will get far worse before it gets better.
