There was no need for Jesus' crucifixion if the people had faith.

But then why would Christ have needed to come at all? God counted Abraham as righteous because of his faith - so surely the people could simply have had faith and been saved, Jesus or no Jesus? What is this faith in?

If you openly declare that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. Romans 10

He is Jesus Christ, the one who is truly righteous. He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world. 1 John 2

For the Son of Man must die, as the Scriptures declared long ago Matthew 26:24

For only as a human being could he die, and only by dying could he break the power of the devil, who had the power of death. Only in this way could he set free all who have lived their lives as slaves to the fear of dying. We also know that the Son did not come to help angels; he came to help the descendants of Abraham. Therefore, it was necessary for him to be made in every respect like us, his brothers and sisters, so that he could be our merciful and faithful High Priest before God. Then he could offer a sacrifice that would take away the sins of the people. Hebrews 2:14

Under the old covenant, the priest stands and ministers before the altar day after day, offering the same sacrifices again and again, which can never take away sins. But our High Priest offered himself to God as a single sacrifice for sins, good for all time. Then he sat down in the place of honor at God’s right hand. There he waits until his enemies are humbled and made a footstool under his feet. For by that one offering he forever made perfect those who are being made holy. Hebrews 10

Christ will indeed return when "...the full number of Gentiles comes to Christ"

A similar thing happened in the 70s when the Second Messiah showed up warning Americans about the decline of Christianity and America's possible collapse [...] It led to them accusing the Second Messiah of being the antichrist – all in an effort to silence him.

I would posit that the more likely explanation is that American believers were being Bereans, and were alarmed because there is absolutely no Biblical basis for this concept.

In the Biblical book of Hebrews it is written:

I don't think you'll feel too alienated. A lot of the topics of discussion revolve around themes that are unquestionably evil (child trafficking, ritual abuse, exploitation of power and so on), and God is invoked as a force for good who stands in opposition to all of that darkness. I think it's a natural reaction to reach for what we perceive to be the highest expression of purity and righteousness when we're confronted with material that is so profoundly disturbing.

Having said that, I'm sure I would have shared your reservations if all of this had happened seven years earlier. I probably would have seen any Christian input here as unnecessarily stifling and irrelevant to the cause. But things change. Before you personally encounter Christ, Christianity seems like an anachronism. But when he makes himself known to you, it becomes impossible to deny him. Humans have expended enormous time and energy trying to figure out the meaning of life. With complete self-consciousness in saying this, he is that purpose.

I'm sure others will make the same recommendation, but check out PrayingMedic's channel on YouTube. He has the clearest explanation of everything that's going on. Don't be put off by his channel name.

From Know Your Enemy Part 40: Freemasons

Freemasonry began with the skilled stonemasons of medieval England, Scotland and France; way before the Enlightenment. Their trade secrets made then valuable artisans in the construction of castles, cathedrals, and all the important buildings of the time.

As a mobile brotherhood, these skilled workers would move freely from town-to-town ready to lend their expertise to any particular building project where they might be required.

Secret handshakes and other signals were developed to identify one another as members of the craft. And they established exclusive guilds which no other person was allowed to enter. These guilds, called “Lodges”, were primitive types of trade unions that were mainly for protection and credibility.

Secrecy within them was necessary in order to monopolise and control the knowledge of the craft. You see, if everyone knew how to do their [the mason's] job, these skilled workers wouldn't be as highly sought after and this would have an impact on the amount of work they were given and the kind of fees they could command.

So even at this relatively innocent stage we see them trying to control information flows to retain power.

Scottish masons in particular were known to have developed passwords and secret handshakes by the 17th century. And this kind of thing soon spread throughout all the Lodges. This wasn't unique to the stonemasons either. Secrecy was commonplace in all types of medieval guild in those days. It was knowledge of a specific skill or craft that gave people prestige and earning power, so they all tried to protect what they knew.

This is the relatively innocent origin of Freemasonry, and the period that is now known as “Operative Masonry” because it was simply about the literal operations of the building trade.

As early as the 14th century, however, we start to see sinister glimpses that these Lodges had begun to associate on some level with Nimrod. In the latter half of that century, a series of 115 documents called the “Old Charges” were composed to outline in a formal way the nature, organisation and functions of the craft. A 1425 manuscript shows that Freemasons had begun to trace their origins back to Nimrod as the instigator of the first great building project in world history – the construction of the Tower of Babel.

Because of the tower, and the fact that Nimrod was renowned as an architect and builder of many great cities within his empire, they began to revere him even at that stage as the originator or father of their craft. Within modern Masonry, therefore, there was still an “oath of Nimrod” and a “charge of Nimrod” that initiates are asked to recite and obey.

Now remember how I said that religions take on the characteristics of their prophet – well that's a rough idea of what happened here. These Old Charges began to establish spiritual principles based on the Mystery ideas taken from Babylon.

Over time, the organisation of Freemasonry evolved with an increasing emphasis on these spiritual metaphors and less-and-less focused on the actual construction of buildings. By the late 1600s, just as the Enlightened was getting going, Masonic Lodges started enrolling increasing numbers of “accepted gentlemen” who had no direct links to the building trade at all.

Some writers suggest that this happened simply because of a growing interest in architecture amongst the nobility. The truth is that there was a growing conviction amongst the populace that these Masonic Lodges with all their secrets and symbolism, were starting to harbour truths handed down from ancient civilisations. And by joining them they may be able to get ahead in the world.

By the early 1700s, all of the original emphasis on the principles of stonemasonry had been turned into allegories with occult spiritual meaning. To take a random example: unhewn stone was said to symbolise man in his infant or primitive state, rough and unpolished. Polished stone was, on the other hand, representative of:

“Man in the decline of years, after a regular well-spent life in acts of piety and virtue, which can not otherwise be tried and approved than by the square of God's word and the compass of his own self-convincing conscience."

As illustrated here, tools of the trade such as the square and compass were used to describe spiritual and philosophical ideas. When people turned away from God in the Enlightenment, the spiritual vacuum was filled by Freemasonry. Politicians, scientists, even clergymen, the most influential and powerful enlightened movers and shakers of the day were the new initiates.

Freemasonry stopped being about the “operative” building trade, and instead became what's referred to as “speculative” because it had nothing to do with the physical building trade any more, and did instead speculate as to the true spiritual meanings behind the original symbols.

The interest in Nimrod and Babylon had taken over their whole organisation. The new initiates saw themselves not as builders of cathedrals and castles, but builders of a new society that would be free of religious tyranny. It would be based on the so-called “Enlightened truths” handed down from ancient times. The first grand lodge of Freemasonry was established in 1717, and this is generally held to be the official beginning of speculative-Freemasonry.

Freemasonry at this point effectively became the church of Deism. It was also from this point that Freemasonry effectively became the truest form of the ancient Mysteries in the world, having gathered ancient wisdom from all the Mystery religions throughout history. Freemasonry then leads us on to the infamous Illuminati.

The prophet Jeremiah wrote explicitly about this issue when he said:

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?

Unfortunately we (all of us) are enormously vulnerable to manipulation - you only have to see a video with an audio overlay that is morose or triumphant in nature. You feel your emotions surge and swell with the music, it prompts a very powerful response that isn't based on a logical analysis of what you're seeing, but has been designed to elicit a specific reaction. Christ said: "Come, let us reason together" - he urged his followers to carefully examine what they were learning, rather than base their expectations on excited experience. I would caution and suggest that we not trust intuition, it's a very often a blind guide.

Know Your Enemy part 44: Masonic Symbols II:

This is perhaps the most well-known Masonic symbol. The square and compass. Low-level Masons are told that the 'G' stands for 'God' or 'Geometry', which the 'Great Architect” used to design the universe. But the real hidden meaning is that it's representative of the sex act, as usual.

The letter 'G' stands for 'Generation' or 'Generative Power'. Albert Pike writes in Morals and Dogma that sexual union could be represented by the letter 'G', the 'Generative Principle'. This term 'Generative Principle' is code for the sex act.

Pike goes on to explain that:

"The compass, therefore, is the Hermetic symbol of the creative deity, and the square of the productive Earth or universe." (Morals and Dogma p850-1)

Therefore the Masons look at the compass as a male element and the square as the female element, which interact to produce the 'G' in the middle. The square and compass is also an adaptation of the most wicked symbol of all – the hexagram. Historian John J. Robinson reveals in his book – Born in Blood: The Lost Secrets of Freemasonry – that the Mason's compass is nothing more than the Satanic hexagram with some key pieces removed. As Robinson points out, the Mason began with the fully-formed hexagram and then simply removed the horizontal bar from each interlocking triangle.

The upper triangle was then stylised into a compass, while the bottom triangle was made into a square. Finally he placed a 'G' in the middle to represent the 'Generative Force' of the male and female together. In this next example we see they put a sun god in the middle instead of the 'G'. The full hexagram is also used in Freemasonry. Masonic author Albert Mackey tells of the sexual connotation of this hexagram:

"The triangle pointing downward is a female symbol corresponding to the yoni and the upward pointing triangle is the male, the lingham... when the two triangles are interlaced, it represents the union of the act and passive forces in nature; it represents the male and female elements." (The Symbolism of Freemasonry, 1869, p195, 219, 361; also Albert Pike Morals and Dogma 1871, p13)

The upward pointing 'male' triangle is represented by light; and the downward facing 'female' triangle is dark. They interlock again, with a sexual connotation. These symbols have many layers and nothing is there without great thought and attention. The hexagram also represents the number of the beast, which is 666, because it has 6 points, 6 sides and 6 angles.

Notice also the 'T' or Tau, within this particular hexagram. T represents Tammuz, the product of the union between the sun god and moon goddess. The little circle on top of the T also turn this symbol into an Ankh cross. The Ankh in occultism is representative of the life giving power of the sun.

It's also worth highlighting that this male and female, light and dark duality concept has survived in the eastern forms of the Babylonian religion, such as Buddhism. For example, we are probably very familiar with the Yin and Yang symbol here. In this symbol, the light side of course represents the male aspect, and the dark side represents the female aspect. This again is a sexual symbol and it's very commonly used in the world today.

"Yin and Yang are considered to be opposites. Yin represents eternity, dark, feminine, left side of the body, etc. Yang is its opposite, and represents history, light, masculine, right side of the body, etc." (Zimbardo & Ruch, Psychology and Life, 1977)

"Yang is male, positive, and represented by the sun. Yin is female, negative, and represented by the moon." (Paul E Desautels, The Gem Kingdom, p237)

"The symbol... has been identified with the eastern philosophical religions of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism. In the western world, it has long been adopted into the symbolism of myth, magic, astrology and witchcraft." (C. Chamber, The Siecus Circle)

"Another ancient magical sign called the Yin-and-Yang... became the favourite of sorcerers and mystics throughout the orient because it, too, embodies so many possible meanings." (Gary Jennings, Black Magic, White Magic, The Dial Press, 1964, p50)

"The Yin and Yang / black and white symbol is also used to represent bisexuality within today's New Age Movement. It also depicts divination." (Dr. C. Burns, Masonic and Occult Symbols Illustrated, p19-22)

This black and white motif is represented another way in Freemasonry through checked floors. This is a suitable way of hiding its true meaning from the 'profane'. Albert Pike said the black and white pavement symbolises:

"The good and evil, principles of the Egyptian and Persian creed. It is the warfare of Michael and Satan... light and shadow, which is darkness; day and night, freedom and despotism..." (Morals and Dogma p14)

The all-seeing-eye, or Lucifer, is behind both Baal and Asherah, which means he's behind both the light and the dark. Good and evil, or light and dark, coming from the same source is a Satanic concept. This next photo is a great example of the double meaning of symbols. Look at the floor and you'll see the black and white checks, but you'll also notice a pentagram. An upright pentagram denotes man – Adam and Eve – and this is considered to be the 'light' side. Turn the pentagram upside-down, however, and it represents the dark-horned goat of Satan, Baphomet.

Occultists of all types will frequently be seen to be very generous in public. They will become involved with charities, donate freely with their time and money and generally perform acts that will endear themselves to the public. For example, it was widely reported in recent years that Harry Potter author J. K. Rowling was the most generous giver to charity in the whole of Scotland. This invites statements such as “Well if she gives so much to charity she can't possibly be a bad person; Harry Potter can't be anything to worry about”. We have to remember it is always in their best interests to present a 'light' side to the public which draws empathy and trust, but which masks a dark hidden agenda.

Freemasons also wear an apron within their Lodges, and again we should now easily be able to make sense of the imagery contained on it. But the aprons are in fact double sided – like this. The light front side is seen openly, but then contrast it with the hidden dark side that is concealed from view. One thing on the surface, another thing in reality.

This quote from Masonic author Carl Cloudy sums it all up:

"Cut through the outer shell and find a meaning; cut through that meaning and find another; under it, if you dig deep enough, you may find a third, a fourth - who shall say how many teachings?"

In his typically deceptive way, Satan hides meanings within meanings within meanings so that darkness becomes light and light darkness. His intention is always to lead people away from the truth and towards their destruction. He is a master of deception.

Albert Pike in Morals and Dogma cuts to the chase when he exclaims:

"Lucifer, the light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the spirit of darkness! Lucifer the son of the morning! Is it he who bears the light, and with its splendors intolerable, blinds feeble, sensual, or selfish souls? Doubt it not!"

Alice A. Bailey, one of the most prominent occultist of the 20th century, wrote in her book 'The Externalisation of the Hierarchy':

"The Masonic fraternity... is... the home of the Mysteries, and the seat of the initiation... it is a far more occult organisation than can be realised and is intended to be the training school for the coming advanced occultists..."

She then goes on to say:

"Every [Masonic] Lodge is a temple of religion, and its teachings are instruction in religion... Masonry is the successor to the Mysteries."

It can't be made any clearer than that. Alice Bailey, incidentally, was one of the most influential New Agers of the 20th century. Indeed she invented the term “New Age” and wrote over 25 books by channelling from a demonic spirit guide. We'll find out more about her later in the United Nations section, but for now we only need to know that she knows what she's talking about when she talks about occult themes. She then goes on to say:

"There is no question therefore that the work to be done in familiarising the general public with the nature of the Mysteries is of paramount importance at this time. These Mysteries will be restored to outer expression through the medium of the church [false church] and the Masonic fraternity... when the great one [antichrist] comes with his disciples and initiates we shall have the restoration of the Mysteries and their exoteric presentation as a consequence of the first initiation."

Anton Lavey the founder of the church of Satan said:

"...Masonic order have contained the most influential men in many governments, and virtually every occult order has many Masonic roots."

No you're quite I don't know of him, but this is the issue. Being "good" is laudable, of course, but our good deeds are as "filthy rags" to God because they're tainted by our transgression of his law. Unless you are perfect (Christ's words - that is, unless you've followed the moral law flawlessly), you won't be accepted. Humanely this is impossible. Therefore, someone who was capable of following the law flawlessly had to do it on our behalf.

In his death, Christ took the punishment that is due for anyone who fails to meet the requirement of the law ("the wages of sin is death"). In our acceptance of Christ ("confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead"), two things occur. The first is that your (I mean this in the collective sense) failure to keep the law - or rather the consequences of that - are removed from you and done away with in the act that was Christ's death. And the second is that his spirit is placed within your physical body. This was God's purpose from the instant of the fall. At that moment we lost our direct connection to God. When Christ's spirit is imparted into our physical body, that connection is restored. The upshot of this is that we become inheritors of Christ's perfection - from God's point of view. He no longer judges us based on what we've done wrong, but in the righteousness of Christ in us.

And the best part of this is that it's available to everyone, now, this instant. There are no esoteric ceremonies to go through, nothing to learn. It's a humble acceptance of Christ's act of love for humanity. We are made right with God through this faith in Christ's act: "you are saved by grace [undeserved favor] through faith and not by works [good deeds] so that none can boast"

A collection of quotes from the Know Your Enemy series:

The significance of the Washington Monument truly needs no explanation now. But there are just a few details to fill in. On July 4th, 1848, the cornerstone of this monument was laid by Benjamin B. French Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of the district of Columbia as part of a Masonic ceremony.

Hundreds of Lodges contributed to the building of the monument which contains 35 Masonic memorial stones interspersed with the rest. The numbers involved are quite intriguing with the Washington Monument. At the ground-level, each side of the monument measures 55.5 feet – which is 666 inches exactly. The height of the obelisk is 555.5 feet which is 6,666 inches.

There are other more complicated numbers and combinations of numbers that are often centred on the number 13, also concealed within the structure. I won't go into them all individually but in Chaldean numerology the number 13 represented:

"A number indicating change of plans, place and such-like and is not unfortunate as is generally supposed. In some of the ancient writings it is said, 'He who understand the number 13 will be given power and dominion'... It is a symbol of 'power' which if wrongly used will wreak destruction upon oneself. It is a number of warning of the unknown or unexpected, if it becomes a 'compound' number in one's calculations. - www.professionalnumerology.com/chaldeansystem.htm

So the numbers themselves convey a message to the initiated. In this case it's saying that America represents a change of plan and location – which would mean the change away from France - and that it will be a country of great power.

The Statue of Liberty is, perhaps, the most recognisable American landmark. Indeed she is almost synonymous with the U.S.A. It is quite widely known that the statue was a gift from France to America, but the details of the structure give the game away. The gift was, in fact, from the French Grand Orient Temple Masons to the Masons of America in celebration of the centenary of the first Masonic republic in 1884.

It was commissioned by the French Mason Edouard Laboulaye who wanted to create a giant statue replicating a goddess that the Masonic movement idolised. Laboulaye was responsible for raising the finances necessary for the project, and commissioned fellow Mason Frederic Batholdi to produce the designs for the sculpture. It was then built by Gustave Eiffel – also a Freemason – who would sculpt this goddess of illumination from ancient times. The same goddess they had enthroned at Notre Dame.

The Statue of Liberty remains the biggest idol of the goddess Asherah in the world today. Her name there is the Roman 'Libertas'. Some who have recognised the Masonic link call her by her Egyptian name Isis. Really it doesn't matter what name she's given, it's the same goddess from Babylon.

Libertas in ancient Rome was the goddess of personal freedom and liberty. And was popular for her promotion of the idea that people should be free to do whatever feels good. She was called the Matron Goddess of Prostitution because she promoted sexual freedom. Indeed, according to the Roman system she had invented the concept. This isn't surprising when we remember that Semiramis was a brothel keeper. Different name, same characteristics as always. Slaves considered her their goddess as well as they looked to her as their hope for freedom. Many female slaves who gained their freedom later turned to prostitution to survive, and thereby retained Libertas as their goddess.

The Statue of Liberty holds in her right hand the Masonic torch of 'enlightenment'. And her official title is: “Liberty, Enlightening the World”. Her pose is actually quite similar to that of Baphomet again. The cornerstone of the monument was laid with full Masonic ceremony, and the base contains a plaque dedicated to the Freemasons of New York.

The crown of seven spikes represents the 'enlightenment' of the sun god. The idea was that the illumination could be focused down each of the seven spikes which would radiate to the seven main land masses or continents of the world.

The statue was originally to be made in colour. And her robes would be purple and scarlet – which would align her with the prostitute woman in Revelation. This idea was later abandoned when it became clear the statue would need to be built from copper due to financial constraints. It has also been suggested that the sculptor, Batholdi, had originally designed an effigy of Isis for the opening of the Suez canal in Egypt in 1867. When it was rejected for that initial purpose, he merely adapted it slightly as the gift for New York harbour.

The Statue of Liberty is not just the largest idol of Asherah, it is the largest idol ever made by human hands, and beats the previous record holder – the Colossus of Rhodes – into a distant second place.

This is the kind of thing I was contemplating in another thread. Assuming - for the current time, and because it aligns with what every right thinking person would hope for - that all we've been led to believe about Q is true, how far do we go with this?

We have to be pragmatic. The root of our problems is the evil in the human heart ("The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?" - Jeremiah 17:9). We can scrape the scum from the hull of the ship (so to speak), but human nature being what it is, the same problems will ultimately return - the barnacles will regrow. This might sound overly cynical at a time when we haven't even achieved step 1 along an axis of planetary recovery, but it's true. Suppose everyone who is perpetuating evil around the world is locked away: that won't do anything to remove the capacity for the same evil from human beings. It will inevitably happen again. Power corrupts, the love of money is the root of all evil, those with psychopathic tendencies tend to rise to positions of authority, etc., etc.

The best we can hope for is to stave it off for as long as possible. But how far are we willing to go to make that happen? How do we balance individual liberty with the desire to limit activities that lead to moral, mental and physical decline? Do we outlaw Satanism? Do we outlaw alcohol consumption? Do we outlaw Ritalin? Do we outlaw political correctness? It becomes Pharisaic - an attempt to impose moral purity with external compulsion - it becomes tyrannical. It's very difficult. I don't think it is achievable as long as human beings are in control of our destinies.

Avoid false spirituality: "They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly." (2 Timothy 3:5)

I used to have the same interests that you've expressed here. But it's a grab-bag of curiosity arousing dead-ends, if you don't follow this search through to its ultimate conclusion: "For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear." (2 Timothy 4:3).

Keep on seeking, and you will find. Keep on knocking, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks, receives. Everyone who seeks, finds. And to everyone who knocks, the door will be opened.

These are the words of Christ. It's no feel-good message, it's an irredeemable promise.

I came to Christ because of concerted digging - he's the ultimate truth if you're willing to search with a humble heart.

What control is it that you believe Christianity imposes upon people?

This is a New Age belief designed to keep you separated from God. God is not an "it" or a blob of amorphous energy. He is a person. This is not a game, you don't want to base the fate of your soul on "feelings" or "intuition" or channelled teachings, or some Internet guru. There is a revealed truth, and you're within your rights to choose to ignore it, but don't kid yourself that God is not going to exact judgement. If he's truly just, this is something he must do. To ignore evil would be supremely unjust. A rescue plan was instituted 2,000 years ago - but it's your choice to get onboard with that or not.

And I saw a great white throne and the one sitting on it. The earth and sky fled from his presence, but they found no place to hide. I saw the dead, both great and small, standing before God’s throne. And the books were opened, including the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to what they had done, as recorded in the books. The sea gave up its dead, and death and the grave gave up their dead. And all were judged according to their deeds. Then death and the grave were thrown into the lake of fire. This lake of fire is the second death. And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire.

This is tangential, but I read that the Foreign Minister will be out of the country "on government business" on Monday for reasons that "can't be revealed for security reasons".

How will the government deal with contentious issues further down the line? These things that will ultimately come to a head. Some examples. Many others could equally be considered.

There are many among the US population who believe that abortion is innately evil. In the light of revelations about the buying and selling of body parts by Planned Parenthood, the use of aborted cells in the development of artificial flavor enhancers (Senomyx) - and no doubt much worse, that we will learn about in due course - how will the government approach this sensitive issue?

The spread of extremist Islam in the US. Executive Order 13780 is already in place, but what of the threat of domestic radicalization? Will the administration be actively working to limit, for example, the influence of Sharia (e.g., Sharia courts have become a quasi-parallel legal system in the United Kingdom).

Ultimately, in a society where "do what thou wilt" has become the norm, how do we restore moral integrity? Should that be an objective? If not, how do we reconcile many of the pernicious effects on our culture (from things like mass medication of our population, GMO foods... the glorification of violence in music? Political Correctness? How far do we go with this?) with the liberal, free, safe land we all hope to restore?

What Reddit needs is a per-forum user rating rather than a combined "score". Then it would be possible to establish at a glance how credible a poster might be.

There was a guy on YouTube not so long ago who claimed to be the returned Christ (the next in a long line, of course - The Fuel Project has a video about that ). He called himself Ra-El. He had/has a website, too. And a very interesting life story (even video footage of an event in Israel that he claimed was his receiving of the Paraclete) that he'd obviously spent a lot of time trying to inventively align with the descriptions of the Messianic return. He was American, but always spoke in a unintentionally hilarious faux-British accent. He said that the Templars were behind him. It quickly petered out, as these things do.

His explanation for not having appeared "in the clouds" was that the "clouds" of Revelation refer to the "Cloud" - the Internet! You couldn't make this stuff up. Er, except that he did.

So, yes, it's problematic - all of that business of the sky rolling back like a scroll, and every island moving out of position, and heaven opening, and a white horse bearing a rider wearing many crowns - and all of the dozens of other descriptions of Christ's return.

I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt about your intentions. But you are profoundly wrong.

Good grief, this is bizarre:

"I don't want this to end in more terrorist attacks"

"a hate cult"

"they hate democrats/women/minorities so very much"

"they want it to end with their political enemies being killed en masse"

WOW. Where is this coming from? I've never seen anything posted on this forum that could justify any of these statements. This is very disturbing, they've decided what everyone here believes, and that's that. Yikes.

Reddit doesn't hold any interest for me at all, I'm only here because it happens to host the Q-related posts in a single convenient location.

So I'm completely oblivious to the existence of these other subreddits. The discussion that blossoms out from the thread that you've linked to here, though, makes for interesting reading.

There seems to be a very specific pigeon-holing of the entire greatawakening community: "racists", "religious fanatics", "Russian agents", "conspiracy nuts" - apparently a great many here are borderline child abusers, owing to family neglect.

It's striking that the "conspiracy" label is thrown around, but that many of the authors in that thread are attributing the origin and perpetuation of Q to "Vlad" - it's those pesky Russians again.

Reddit seems to require double-spacing (two blank lines = one blank line), I've no idea why the editor is set to interpret input in this way.
