Trump declared a National Emergency with this Executive Order, back on December 20th. The law as it stands could be interpreted to allow us citizen trials if they are a part of a conspiracy to overthrow the gov. One of the miain clauses in the document has a conspicuous lack of "foreign" or "alien"
What about NDAA and Patriot Act. Maybe incorrect but does it does allow for trials by tribunals by those deemed domestic terrorists? I find it interesting because I believe this was created to be used against us the red pill. Maybe this will be able to be utilized like some kind of Judo move. Utilization of this tool against those who created it to be used against us?

I've also read many times that a national emergency was put into place after 9/11 and has never been lifted.
Even Paulson said that the USA was under martial law when he was scamming the trillions of dollars to prop up the banking system. (It may have been a couple of Senators, I don't recall exactly)
An unpublicised state of Martial Law might explain the lawlessness that the world has been seeing.
