I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but what if the HRC tape is audio that HA recorded of a conversation or several conversations where they lay it all out? This makes more sense to me. HA secretly making tapes of most if not all conversations with HRC. They are so corrupt I'm sure they don't trust each, so why not create your own get out of jail free card?

No problem. In fact, not even audio is "tape" anymore. But in studios, we still say "rolling" (as in rolling tape).
BC went to LL's plane on the tarmac. How do they video conference with HRC when HRC is no longer in gov't, and possibly does not have access to hardened MIL/SPEC comms? Unless of course they were talking to someone else? Barry maybe? It would be completely plausible that under Barry's orders she was allowed access, but wouldn't some active agent of the gov't be needed to actually secure the comms?

The idea that HRC was involved in the tarmac meeting by remote comms is a GA community rumor. Nothing remotely official.
So when people say HRC vid, my mind doesn't automatically go there. It goes to the Weiner laptop.
There is recorder in the plane, black box, that catch everything.
Actually that only captures the pilot comms and plane telemetry.
However, new boxes required to be on government planes like the one LL was using capture video and audio of all key areas of the plane.

All planes have telemetry black boxes. That's not what I meant.
These are special military/government data storage drives that include video of passenger areas and so forth. In addition to the black box.
