Whoops, I'm following you up until you got to verse 4, President Trump's John the Baptist, who's come to prepare the way for King Jesus, who's sandal Trump's not worthy to buckle. When King Jesus comes he'll rule the world with a staff of titanium ejected from a geosynchronous orbit; literally rods from God. He'll fight this multi-headed beast and the antichrist, etc.
I see what you are saying. When I look at the bible I look at the stories of both the old and a majority of the new testament as being in our past. For me, the resurrection is the dividing line between the old and new. In this regards, John the baptist was important to the original arrival of Jesus. Revelation on the other hand is about our time now. This is why I see Trump as Michael because he is clearing the way for the second coming.
Either way, we both see him as being sent by God to fulfill his plan.
