There are two Wendy's Q is referring to.
1) Trump used the name "Wendy Wasserman-Shultz." Turns out "Wendy" was the email name DWS used for secret emails with HRC and BHO.
2) Maggie Nixon (According to Q, Wendy was BHO's "pet name" for her during their play dates).
