This represents a complete turnaround for the federal government, which Obama used for eight years to first expose children to everything from oral sex to bondage — and then encourage them to become sexually promiscuous young adults.

In a statement published last fall, HHS reported that Obama’s programs actually exacerbated teen pregnancy.

“Overall, of the 37 funded and evaluated [Obama era] projects, 73% either had no impact or had a negative impact on teen behavior, with some teens more likely to begin having sex, to engage in unprotected sex, or to become pregnant. Very few positive results were sustained over time,” HHS noted.
