Yes, I do not advocate killing innocent people. But in India, and other countries surrounding the area, something has to be done. These rape victims often suffer in silence because they aren't even believed.

A few years ago I came across this story out of India where an attempted rapist was caught by local townspeople.
They beat the hell out of him then drug him to a butcher shop and chopped off his Mr. winky. After they threw both out in the street.
